It's been a month and not received mine
Yeh I had ordered 5 items over 6 months, only two showed up. I have raised issue with PayPal as two of the items were from June/July worth more than $20.
Looking back more than 6 months I never received a number of these postage only deals.
I have never had a postage issue with any online enterprise, a few DOA but everything turns up.
I won't be ordering from again, like I said it's a lottery (or a scam business practice) Buyer beware.
