Jokes aside, after receiving only one hub yesterday, I joined the chat and ask for the status of my second order. Got told it would come soon. I received an email from Telstra with tracking in the evening, package got delivered this morning (Melbourne).
I’ve tried to find online differences - maybe hardware is newer? There’s a difference between the home mini and nest mini, so want to make sure I’m not getting jibbed here.
If they advertise at as a Nest Hub you ought to get a Nest Hub, simple. Even if they are identical in design and specs.

Ordered from Google back in Dec and got home hub and they advertised as nest

Haha yes. Just offer 20,000 Telstra points and see if you get any takers. $120-140 is a bit steep for a free time given the number of them there ;-)

This is rubbish. I received a google home hub. Not the nest hub as advertised. Anyone else have the same issue?
