The site is unusable, phones lines are busy, do you expect everyone to visit your store during the middle of COVID to reliably pre order a console?

    How the hell are these consoles in so much demand? Both of them have probably the worst launch title lineup of all time compared to other prior generations. The only people wanting them should be hardcore fans. I know COVID has put a spanner in the works, but I have never had this much of an issue with the prior generations. Just phone up your local shop, or walk in, pay a deposit and your done.

      Should have tried pick up and set the location before hand. Every second counts, based on my experience in the first session. Entering your address takes too long. I actually realised not having payment method saved also slowed it down.

    Give up folks - the page is gone so they stock must have been fully allocated. I was already clicking to complete the order at less than 10 seconds from 'go live' and still no choccies for me!

    At the end of the day there are more buyers than stock, but surely I'm not slower than every other buyer. Given their website/payment gateway is not handling the load, it seems to be a lucky dip. Perhaps you don't need to be the fastest.

    If I get pass the "Done" button then get an issue when pressing the "Pay $200 now" button. But now juggling "too many attempts" , "An error occurred while processing your order, please try again" and "an error has occurred" . Love to know if anyone here is successful !
