    • Pity $200 is the largest denominator. Would have been less hassle if they have $500/$1000 GC.

      • +1

Yes they do, SB app Swap cards can swap $500 eBay GCs. But if you are thinking about buying a $2000 Macbook, keep in mind eBay limits max $1500 with GC payment.

        • OK, didn't realise eBay had a limit. Thanks.
Still better than 7x $200 GC from cashrewards.

  • +1

Can also pay with gift cards to further discount.. what a steal

  • Tried on appliances Online eBay store and coupon worked though I did not buy item at last.

  • Can anyone please suggest a best price Aussie stock and warranty for Samsung s20 FE 5G or any Samsung s20, s21 series phone on ebay? It's a gift to my mum on her birthday! TIA

    • I don't think Phones are covered under AfterPay.

    • +1

This may be the cheapest AUS Stock and Warranty S21 5G with 256GB Storage: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Samsung-Galaxy-S21-5G-256GB-Phan…

It should bring down the price to under $1000 if you are eBay Plus user plus 5% off GiftCard.

The cheaper option will be S20 FE 5G (with Snapdragon), but if S21 5G with 256GB is less than $1000, it may be a better buy. Your mum will be able to take lots of pictures without worrying to upgrade her phone in a short time.

      • This is great thanks! Although, I am not a plus member and hence was looking to avail the 20% off via afterpay. But anyway this is a good price too for S21. Did you come across any AU stocked S20 FE 5g by any chance?

  • +6

I didn't want to post a deal for this due to limited stock (and potential dodgy seller) so I'll post it here instead.

I managed the Google TV for $71.20 (and 5% off gift cards). Doesn't look like many left in stock, however they may restock later on.
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Google-Chromecast-with-Google-TV…

    • Buy $100 Choice rewards gift card (instant delivery).
    • Swap for eBay Gift Card (also instant delivery).
    • Add Google TV to cart.
    • Select AfterPay.
    • Enter AfterPay Coupon Code.
    • Enter eBay Gift Voucher Code.
    • Checkout.

You can still obtain the Google TV and Netflix bundle if that suits you better.

    • is google TV any good? if you have chromecast wikk you upgrade

      • This one does 4k and had a remote better if your tv support 4k HDR and you have multiple streaming subscriptions. Other Chromecast expect the ultra only does 1080p

      • I'll say it is, its much better than casting, its a stand-alone device that comes with remote control. Android OS that allows you to install the apps.
Does a great job is you install a VPN like Nord, which allows me to stream the content from geo-locked overseas applications.

No longer works. If you add the gift card, afterpay would be removed.

      • This still works, I just bought from the below link ~10 mins ago and pay 100% with gift card.

        • That's right. It a hit and miss for me.

    • +1

Looks like they have another listing from another store - Google Chromecast with Google TV $71.20. Cant be posted since store isnt a top seller but I took the chance and bought one anyway.

      • I bought a mouse from that seller yesterday. Supposedly arriving later today, so we'll see.

      • I received my Google TV today. It is still in it's packaging with a distinct JB Hi-Fi pricing sticker on it for $99. Overall I am happy with that for the price! Now to set it all up.

Let me know how you go CodeXD.

    • EDIT: I received my Google TV today. It is still in it's packaging with a distinct JB Hi-Fi pricing sticker on it for $99. Overall I am happy with that for the price!

$64 @ TGG now after all possible discounts.

  • I just signed up to AfterPay but when I tried to checkout I got a message saying "Sorry, we're unable to approve your order.". The order amount was only for $100…

    • Are you over your AfterPay limit?

      • No it's my first ever purchase. Looks like my account limit is $600.

    • +3

Haha same (higher purchase price though). Went via the gift card route, saved %5(ish) on top of the 20%.

      • Looks like I'll have to do the same with the Choice gift card.

      • How do you pay via gift voucher + get the after pay 20% off? Do you just enter the gift card number in addition to the promo code and it let's you checkout with a $0 balance bypassing AfterPay being selected?

        • +3

Almost correct. You do have to select 'pay with afterpay' in the eBay checkout, but then after you apply the eBay gift vouchers the balance payable goes to $0 and you can finish checkout without setting up an Afterpay account

  • +1

Can I use this with the $50 ebay voucher for signing up to plus?

    • just tried and it doesn't work.

cancelled my eBay plus in time to not be charged.

  • -3

    This is bollocks.

What is involved in signing up to AfterPay? What sort of questions do they ask?

  • cashback?

    cashreward?
    shopback?

    • neither

      • damn, someone should tag their REP

  • +1

Works out quite well for the De'Longhi Soul Coffee Machine ~$1621, using $1500 of Swap Gift Cards from ShopBack at 5% off. Cheapest has been $1778 through TGG Commercial.

Only 2 available so not posting https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/254903389351

Cost Postage AP Discount Swap Gift Card Discount Total
    $1989.00 $7.00 -$300.00 -$75 $1621.00

      still a rip off

      • in comparison to?

        • +1

A Bambino Plus and a Smart Grinder Pro can be had for around $600 combined. I've found that the time spent with the manual steps is made up for by not having to clean all of the fiddly components of an automatic machine. I switched from a Latissima Plus pod machine and find the overall experience of making a coffee much more pleasant now.

          • @ragrum: Totally different experience though - not comparable at all. Same as comparing a bush basher Camry to insert fav car.

        • -3

best coffee life deal right here: 2 teaspoons of coffee into a cup, pour hot water, optionally add sugar and milk

          • +1

@alwayspoor: There's bargain hunting, then there's cheap and nasty.

            • -3

@Chuppa: there are casual coffee drinking normal people, then there are **** that spend 2k on a coffee machine. adorably pathetic to see how you think you have a good taste. lol

  • Too bad that verification is currently broken, so you cannot make a new account or reactivate an old one.

Has to be manually done, which takes up to 48h

Not really happy at all tbh

  • 1 year of Office 365 Family for $86.40, but after my purchase only 4 left so not enough for it's own post.

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Microsoft-Office-365-Family-Home…

  • I just tried the gift card hack but it says I cant afterpay $0.80. Do i just buy another gift card to bring it down further or what? Kinda stressing that I did something stupid. -_-

    • +1

Do i just buy another gift card to bring it down further or what?

      Yes

  • +3

Finally eBay is stepping up their game. A good amount of items are actually eligible.

  • With the CHOICE gift card purchases - it should be instantenous shouldn't it? My card has been debited but havent received the email to redeem it?
I logged a ticket with Cashrewards but can take upto 3 days?

    • +2

Was instantaneous for me today on multiple occasions. Look through your e-mails/spam folder for "John Doe sent you a $100.00 Choice Gift Card".

  • Any Iphone or Apple watch in this deal?

  • Is there a way around the "Looks like you've used a lot of gift cards lately. You can redeem more gift cards in a couple of days" error?

    • Use a different eBay account to order if the cards aren't currently tied to your account.

      • Thanks but yeah I realised it was because I was trying to add more than 8 gift cards to one order and don't think you can bypass that

        • Get the SB Swap GC next time, can redeem $500 eBay GC. Keep in mind max GC payment eBay allows is $1500.

  • 75" Samsung TU8000 for $1,389 looks a good buy: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Samsung-75-Series-8-TU8000-Cryst…

  • Got a logitec G915 TKL keyboard for $239(rrp 300+), thanks.

  • Does anyone know how I would go with the Choice gift card?
I'm hoping to buy an item that would come down to $400 but I can only get $350.

Can I pay with multiple gift cards, a $350 and a $50 one?

    • Yes you can apply multi code

  • +3

Picked up an iPhone 12 128gb for $1080 after Choice cards, thanks RogueWolf.

    • What seller?

      • +1
        • I'm very sad. I bought a used one yesterday for the same price. Haven't even received it yet

          • @Save Medicare: Completely understand, I guess there's no way to have known this deal was around the corner, so you got the best at the time :)

    • May I ask why not Pro / Pro Max? (I can't decide which one to get, currently using iPhone 7).

      • +1

Just personal preference, I can't see the need for the better camera on the pro and the max is too big and heavy for me. The 12 just seems to be the best fit for the price.

    • I wanted to buy that one this morning and asked them to add Afterpay as payment method and they said No. Now they do and I want to buy iPhone 12 Pro but they don't have Afterpay for that :(

        • Thanks. Got the iPhone 12 Pro 128gb for $1,329 😊

      • +1

You need to find listings NOT in Mobile Phone category to be eligible for Afterpay, looks like this could be intentional/accident.
Hopefully they won't ask you for extra money afterwards.

5G phones eligible for Afterpay from mobileciti:

        • OPPO Reno 4 Z 5G (Dual Sim, 6.57", 48MP, 128GB/8GB)
        • Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (5G, 128GB/6GB)
        • Apple iPhone 12 mini
        • Apple iPhone 12
        • Apple iPhone 12 Pro
        • Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max
        • you cannot select Afterpay as a payment option.

    • it's a good find doweyy, you should post it, I dont think the discount is supposed to work on mobiles lol

    • +1

Thanks Dowey. Picked up iPhone 12 Pro for $1,329. I had an eye on this one. Just picked from the store. Upgrade from iPhone 7.

  • Is super cheap included in this deal?

  • FYI Seems like private sellers also qualify!

  • Be aware if you search from the deal homepage, you get hardly any results, but if you click a retailer on the deal homepage, and then do a search, you get heaps of results.

    Eg:
Deal page > search 'Eufy' > 3 results
Deal page > click 'Good guys' > search 'Eufy' > 13 results
Deal page > click 'Bing Lee' > search 'Eufy' > 15 results

    Weird.

    • But does the code work with everything once you get through to checkout though? Maybe some of those other items aren't eligible for Afterpay.

  • Any mattresses?

  • Some pretty decent deals - AirPods Pro $271, AirPods Max $719 etc etc

  • Say select Afterpay as payment method but I can’t see it as a payment method

    • took me a while to figure out why, but it wouldn't let me select Afterpay if I had items from multiple stores (even if all items were valid for the offer)

I had to do separate payments for each store, making sure each transaction was $50 min spend to get 20% off

      • I just found the problem. I was trying it on a mobile and the category is excluded.

  • Picked up iPad Air 4th Gen Wifi 64GB for $665 after Choice cards

    • Link, please? I saw one down to 684

  • +1

$10 dollars off for Afterpay referral, can someone refer me?

  • +1

What an awesome deal. I missed out on the Good Guys 15/17% discount, so just used this and got a Hisense 65Q8 for $1349 which is super cheap. Thanks OzBargain, what a great site lol

    • I don't know much about the tech side of TVs - can i check with you is Hisense 65Q8 better than the Samsun TU8000 65"?
Does anyone have a favorite that they can recommend? I am looking to get 65" and preferably under $1.5K
      Thanks!!
