      Mostly never come, only a few got it. U must send them email or ask via live chat then they will confirm and u still have to wait another day or two……i waited 3 days then ask, and it came next day….

      maybe search for [email protected] (its the email they use to send the $50 welcome code) its hidden somewhere in the email for some reason. i signed up using gmail and it never came in the inbox but if i search with the email address it showed up. The code should come straight away after you sign up.

    So I went ahead and bought one but I'm interested in not sending in my current phone. What's the process? They ship the phone out before I send mine in, and if I just don't send it in the seven day window they charge me the difference + $60?

      You just get charged for the trade in value, whatever it was. But yeah you just don't send it in they'll eventually charge you.

        Have you done this trade in yourself? Wondering because the T&Cs from Asurion mention an administration fee of $60 as well as the non-return fee (in my case $50). If it's just $50 i'll cop it and keep my iPhone but if it's $110 i'll probably send it to them.

    Okay, so my old Samsung Galaxy S8 is only giving me a trade in value of $20,

    Does this mean I will get an S21 ultra for

    $1549
    less $20 for trade in
    less $500 bonus
    less $300 rrp bonus

    Total $729

    Then a possible additional 100 chat bonus, and an additional 50 newsletter bonus, bringing it down to $579.

    As this the correct way of working out this deal? Also, if I keep the S8, will it revert back to $599?

      Sorry, $1549 includes $300 off the RRP of $1849 ( Apple prices!)
      So total $1049 for Ultra. Less $20 if you send old phone.

    Grabbed S21 Ultra 512GB for just $1099 - Crazy Deal!! (almost 50% off).
    For a change I was thinking of trying the iPhone 13 Pro this year, now that they have finally got a 120Hz screen and long battery life, but here comes Samsung with an impossible to miss deal.
    $2149 (RRP) - $500 (Trade-in Bonus) - $300 (Promotion Discount) - $100 (an old EDS discount code I received from online chat) - $100 (an old ODS discount code I received from online chat) - $50 (Newsletter Signup) = $1099!!
    (Also, got a $25 Trade-In value for one of my old phones which I'll not return, hence leaving out from the above calculation i.e. paid $1074 now but will later be charged $25 in due course by Asurian for not returning the device)

        Interesting - it was nowhere mentioned in the Trade-Up app. It just said $25 (in bold red) to be charged in case of not returning the device (in the quote on app) - unless of course it's written in really fine font somewhere. Also, it's kind of stupid of them to have $60 Admin fee for not returning something which is worth $25 (as per them) to start with. I think at best it should be a fraction of the device's value i.e. $25. I will dispute it for sure (in case charged) - we'll find out in due course I guess!
