He was missing in action during the bushfires & floods - "I don't carry a hose mate"
He was also slow of the mark during the vax rollout - "It is not a race"
He open international borders and encourage other states to open their borders. QLD, SA were doing so well keeping covid out - "We must learn to live with the virus"

I don't support Labour or Liberal, they both are just as bad, but ScoMo has some good one liners.
I wonder what his next one liner will be…

  • +1

Is this r/Sydney and r/Australia now?

  • +5

Since when did this site become a place to advertise an individual's political views?

    • It's for collective wellbeing ;)

  • +2

Australia hasn't had a revolution yet. Reason why is Australians are too lazy to organize a koo.

    • +3

Because even the most extreme Aussies on their political views aren't stupid enough to dress up as Shamans to carry on a lie about election fraud and taking up arms against an "oppressing government".

      • +1

you underestimate the stupidy of Australians.

        • +1

On a scale between Australian and American.. I think the Americans have the upper hand by far..

          • +2

@bchliu: yes Americans are the benchmark for stupidy for the world.

  • The irony is this sort of stuff doesn't even work. It's like a Bob Brown caravan to Central Queensland. Played out well with the people already on Bob's side, converted nobody to his side and just pi$$ed of the undecided.

  • +5

Free political propaganda; what a bargain?!

  • +1

should have been binned at the last election but people will continue to vote with pocket in their 'mind' and this man will keep coming back as our PM. This is harsh reality of life, accept it or not!

  • +6

dont you guys have reddit for idiotic discussions like this? stop bringing it on a bargain site

    • You don't understand the seriousness of saving money.

Prevention is the cheapest solution. It cost us too much with this incapable government.

    • And the justification for allowing it is that similar posts have been allowed in the past. Two wrongs don't make a right.

  • -6

Where can I get a Sticker of Demented Fascist Dictator Dan Andrews to put on the front of my BIN ??

    • +8

Email Sky News or any other NewsCorp publication and i'm sure they'd be happy to send you one.

      • You must be a subscriber to TheAge

        • +8

Fairfax? chaired by Peter Costello, nah.

        • LOL yep, the Age, the bastion of left-wing propaganda hahahaha

          • @veritas_mendax: You can't get more Greenie Left Wing Nutters propaganda journalism than the ABC, TheAge and TheGuardian

        • +2

So your Sky News subscription doesn't entitle you to one free sticker per year? Shame.

          • -1

@smartazz104: Sky News is not a newspaper but nice try comparing apples with oranges

            • +9

@[Deactivated]: Sky News also isn't news but nice try comparing apples with oranges

              • -1

@ihfree: Wow.. your brain hurt much copying other peoples post :)

  • +3

The Smart Energy Council is the independent body for the Australian smart energy industry.
    Independent means what exactly?

    • +1

In the same way that the Taylor Swift Fan Club is the independent body for the music industry.

I prefer my energy to be dumb — flick a switch and it comes on, flick it back and it goes off

  • Neil's gonna be embedding gifs in the comments section again.

  • +5

a political sticker is not a deal

    • -1

Prevention is the cheapest solution. It cost us too much with this incapable government.

  • +4

Look what you've done. You've gone and triggered all the LNP supporters.

    • +5

The little snowflakes aren't exactly difficult to trigger now are they?

      • +4

You seen a PS5 deal here, triggers this community repeatedly.

I'm not sure the protest here is only re politics, but maybe many of us just like not having non deals and politics invade a great place for actual deals. Gives me somewhere I can avoid politics, and focus on finding great bargains.

        • "You seen a PS5 deal here, triggers this community repeatedly."

Don't get me started on the "Muh MSRP is not a a bargainz bruh" crowd.

          • +1

@[Deactivated]: My point was only to show its not necessarily a political leaning topic here (although obviously many are using it as a platform for that) whenever compared to PS5 deals.

But… Where the mods to call this? Very silent considering.

    • +4

….I dont support LNP, or the nationals for that matter.

At the same time, I dont support bringing political debates into ozbargain.

Sure, we allow anti coalition stickers as 'bargains' in this time, how about next time? Do we allow free anti labor/green posters in as 'deals' as well? Im sure both sides would happily print out free political posters for people to spread around, is this really what we want to consider as deals down the line? And create even more drama round these parts?

      • +3

Imagine the political parties getting wind of this, there'd be deals daily spamming ozbargain.

  • +4

This is the wrong forum for this.

  • +2

Nek min every complaining on Ozbargin how power is so expensive…

  • +1

All though I support the message I do agree that this is too far on the political advertising front, it's bad enough all the Jordan Peterson posts every time his books drop a dollar

  • +8

Kinda annoying when political crap fills these pages. I want bargains, not peoples individual political opinions (which I couldn't give a flying (profanity) about frankly).

    • +1

You can't always get what you want
But if you try sometime you'll find
      You get what you need

      • +4

I'll treat that comment with the contempt it deserves.

    • Prevention is the cheapest solution. It cost us too much with this incapable government that serves us with political crap.
      Thanks for the attention ;)

  • +3

This should be an apolitical forum.

    • +2

If it wasn’t politics, people would argue about brands. If it wasn’t brands, people would argue about negs

      • +4

        Are you arguing about arguing?

        • When will the madness end?

          • +1

            @smartazz104: When Novax gets deported.

            • @jv: Wish you would also attach the QLD chook!

  • +6

Not a fan of politicising Ozbargain

  • +3

    +10 delusion

  • +7

Keep Ozbargain as political free as possible else I'm out.

    • +8

We will miss you. I'll slip an extra shrimp on the barbie for you in case you change your mind

    • +3

Thanks for giving us more space. Competition increases the prices ;)

    • +1

That's it, Scotty should close down the site, Pigey is leaving

  • +2

This isn't OzPolitics. Some of U need to get in the bin

  • +2

    WE NEED NUCLEAR ENERGY NOW

  • +12

Seriously, this grub needs to go as soon as humanly possible.

  • +5

Let's not further contribute to the abundance of toxicity in our society please.

  • +5

Great deal, thanks will be sharing with my friends so they don't miss out on a great deal. Hope to see more like this on ozbargain.

    • +4

So you want these from Liberal, Nationals, UAP, Labor, Greens and every fringe party/independent? Cause if you see it as a deal you've gotta accept them all.

LOL member since 7 mins ago, sounds like you only signed up to play politics yourself…

Can't see why we didn't want your ilk here spamming non deals at all.

      • +8

Only have to look at the ratios to see LNP sentiment will be unsuccessful here. They're falling apart politically and public opinion is catching up with that. They finally (profanity) up enough for people to start paying attention to politics enough to hate him, I've never seen an Australian PM as hated as scomo.

If they're giving away free stuff why should they not be allowed to post it here, posts will get buried if the ratio is too low so it's no big deal right?

And I've been here for years, just finally decided to make an account when I realised I couldn't even vote without it.

  • +1

    Politics have no place here.

    • +7

      Politics have no place here.

      lol….

Your honor I present Exhibit A
" Why would you waste money on masks? If Dictator Dan wants me to wear them he'll have to buy them and pay me to wear them…"

  • +1

    Get rid of this crap

    • +1

I tried, but I don’t have the ability to delete your posts. Sorry

  • +2

not a bargain and it shouldn't be on this page.

    • Are you trying to cancel this bargain?

  • +15

Honestly last 2 years have been a disaster
    Bush fires, Mr Hawaii
Actions against China, which did nothing to help Australia except make the American military happy while we lost billions.
Covid19, big business leaders running policy while every small and medium goes bust.

    • +1

Don’t worry, it can always get worse

  • +1

    Not here.

    • +4

Cool — I haven’t played hide and seek for yonks

  • +1

people can pay as little as $1 for a pack via the donation link

I tried lower, looks like 0.7$ is the lowest via custom amounts

    • -4

As you have confirmed, the title of this post is SPAM as the Stickers are NOT Free

MODS: Please edit this post to remove the Free label

      • +1

From the Council. If you want them free Contact Lindsay.

        • Who is "The Council' ?

          • @[Deactivated]: The smart energy council. The source of the stickers.

            • -1

@Gehirn: Where does it say on the site the Stickers are free from the Energy Council or is this just more click bait ?

  • +13

    So many sooking LNP voters

  • This is political activism, not a bargain. More appropriate for a discussion site (e.g. Reddit) or the forums section if people feel the need to discuss it on an Australian Bargains site.

    • +2

Agree. Plenty of echo chamber space for politics on sewer sites like Twitter. Not needed on this site.

    • +3

A sticker is political activism? That’s telling them where they can stick it!

      • +4

Quote from post: "If you are game you can do some guerrilla marketing and do everyone's bin in your street"
Yes, that is polictical activism. If my assessment of the definition is incorrect, please advise how and provide evidence to support this. My evidence is to google "what is political activism" and read any of the search hits.
