    So my payment cleared, I received emails confirming my order and it shows under purchases in the app, but I only get the Oops you were not one of the first 1000 to score a $5 Shopback Super Swap Gift Card this time round screen when I attempt to view the voucher.

    Anyone else not able to see their voucher either? Maybe delayed?

    i understand now.
    we pay now $5 to get it back $5 after few weeks.
    and we get free entry to the draw.

    What a scam promotion, it should have really stopped after the 1000 allocation were sold. Why would I pay (even with a cashback) to enter a draw to win $314. No doubt this was used by shopback to report to shareholders on account activity.

    Either you tell me it has been sold out and I would stop trying which also lowers your server pressure, or you start a new campaign named "Pi Day Lucky Draw" for those who are interested to join (which personally wouldn't). It's kind frustrtating and time wasting when you thought you got the deal in the first 4 minutes after game started then checked back later only to find it's a small amount loan to Shopback.

    • We made a purchase
    • Shopback accepted the purchase
    • Money was taken from our accounts
    • Our orders was completed and terms of sale were fulfilled

    If I see a refund of that money back in my account and a cancellation of the order (despite receiving emails to confirm it was successful) you can be damn sure ACCC will be contacted by myself and others.

    I know it's only $5 and we're going to get it back, but man that was a really disappointing experience (thinking I'd scored a free $5 giftcard only to click on it and see nope you didn't). Let's not do that again.

          If I’m wrong then shopback have every right to be blasted, but I doubt it. Due to the sheer number of purchases it may take a while for your Gift card to come through, but it will eventually

    I tried from 3:14pm but kept getting payment errors. Finally got it at 3:19pm but only an entry!

    Interestingly, the card I was using started coming up with a this card is not eligible error at 3:17pm so I switched cards. Turns out the original card has got two pending transactions from Shopback even though got an error message that payment didn't go through every time.
