            @solacens: I just messaged eBay and got this response:

            As per the subscription of your eBay plus I can see that you have taken on 16 October so you will receive from 26 November.

            Apparently it is "30 days from the day you sign up" - regardless if you were on a 30 day trial or not.

            They probably just made that up, but have to wait 5 days before I can contact them again to get it "escalated".

      I've done the same using the $80 voucher as part payment for the $10 promo. However I didn't receive this email that several people in your link have received: "Thanks for activating our $10 voucher promotion. You've shopped $90 & are now eligible for your voucher. Your voucher code will arrive in your inbox from 5/12." Did you receive the confirmation email? Not sure if the $80 voucher counts.

    Got the $80 vouchers in eBay summary on 2 accounts. Also received $20 previously.
    Both accounts got $5 off $50 min spend.
    Only one account got $5 off $15 min spend. Last month both accounts received $5 off with $15 spend.
    Does anyone know if this 5/15 is targeted?

        Just bought the Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact EU for $47 (after $22 automatic discount from Xiaomi and $80 voucher).
        Had to return faulty air purifier to Kmart and hope the Xiaomi one works.
        May buy filter and toilet paper on other account.

    Okay, so I had a chat with ebay cs as I didnt receive $80 voucher yet. I didnt receive any confirmation anywhere, so I asked about this to them and just been told to wait for another 10 days… they didnt confirm nor decline about the voucher, shall see what it pans out.

      That's the general strategy of a typical eBay CS - tell you to continue waiting, and move on to the next customer - KPIs matter!

      Within the next 10 days, maybe you will receive it - as it could be queued like someone suggested - then all and good.

      If you didn't receive and you go back on to the chat - well that's someone else's problem.

    Received the $80 voucher which expires 16/12/22. Applied it on an eligible item which costs ~$67 and the $80 voucher only applied as ~$60 and I had to pay ~$7?

    Anyone know what's going on here? I don't mind losing the $13 if I can't find other eligible items but not sure if I want to lose another $7.

    EDIT: It was the GST that I had to pay for the low level item. Found something else for $30 to make it $97 and claimed the $80 voucher in full.

    As expected, still nothing after signing up on 19 November. Also still no $10 voucher for joining mailing list and no tracking for $15 at SB. Getting really tired of all this chasing up for points/cashback/vouchers in recent times, one after the next - ER, Flybuys, eBay, SB, CR… doing my (profanity) head in.

    Edit: Just read above about the 10-day wait, so I'll set another reminder. The account is also on a 30-day trial, so I wonder if I'd only get the voucher after the trial completes and then another 10 days after actually paying the $4.99 for the year.

        Well, before I signed up there is $20 voucher offer show in my eBay plus page, but I also got the $80 voucher offer in my email. I click thru the $80 offer and sign up, got the $20 voucher pretty much straight away.
