Assuming you have some device to trade in, JB Hifi via the SquaretradeUP platform is offering a bonus $300 coupon for the Pixel series. Not sure if it's meant for Pixel 8, but the code works for a Pixel 7a and Pixel 7 series. Campaign Period: 12 Sept 23 - 27 Sept 23

For example - if you trade in a phone worth $160, you'll get:

  • $160 JB Gift Card that you can spend on anything as your trade-in credit
  • $300 Discount Code on a "Pixel Series" phone

Assuming you were spending it on a Pixel 7 device, you'd pay $699 (JB's listed price) - $300 (bonus coupon) - $160 (JB GC) = $239

Given JB is matching the Google Store deals, the prices below are what you'd pay post $300 discount

* Google Pixel 7 Pro 5G 128GB for $899 - $300 = $599 price now back up to $999
* Google Pixel 7a 5G 128GB for $749 - $300 = $449 - ask JB to price match Google Store and pay $349
* Google Pixel 7 5G 128GB for $699 - $300 = $399 price now back up to $899

    Process trade in this Morning at 9:50am, and got both email with code before 10am. I am currently at JB hi-fi, they told me the code is expired. There is no number to call . I have email SquareTrade up ask for reasons.

    I suppose help my mother in law with another trade in . Now she already get upset because this. She told me that waste her time for nothing.

      Contact the square trade guys tomorrow, they reply super fast. They cancelled my trade in order and coupon within 30 mins of me sending them an email and sent me a confirmation

    How long is the expected wait time from when you complete the trade in for them to verify and send the code. Not talking about actually sending a phone in, just about getting the code for $300 off. Cheers

    Just completed this deal, came up with expired coupon also but thankfully the manager put it through and said he would take it up with squaretrade himself.
    Price matched https://www.becextech.com.au/catalog/pix7pro5g128baustcobs-v… and they didn't pick up on it being refurbished unit. All up paid $170 for the pro.

        I took $872 and ran with it because he picked up that it doesn't come in a box. Problem I am now facing is with SquareTradeUp though. I was using their platform and it died in the middle and now it won't accept my IMEI anymore saying it accepts Australian devices only. And when I check the SquareTradeUp account, there is an invoice item but with no status.

        I've had to email them but I don't know if I will get a response in time.

          i just explained to them over livechat that i wanted to price match a pixel 7 with the lavatech link here in the comments and they gave me a unique link that expired at midnight i could use with a lower price. the best they said they could do was $670 but since the $300 coupon wasn't working i had to wait til this morning to try again over livechat.

          luckily the agent just gave it to me for $649 when i asked about the deal i was given yesterday. also you can opt to pick it up with the link they give you or have it delivered just like any other purchase. i had mine delivered by uber just now.

          Just get on the live chat from their website and ask for pricematch and provide the website link to the lavatech Pixel 7 listing. They will provide a link to a basket page with the reduced priced. You apply discount code and then use the gift voucher(s) during payment. That's it.

    had the same coupon expired issue, but luckily i did a screen shot of the $649 deal i got Live chat sales rep.
    Emailed them today and asked if they would honour the deal ask the coupon expired was not my fault and they said they can and sent me a new link to the deal.
    So got a Pixel 7 phone for $649 - $300 = $349.
    Forgot to use the $1 trade-in gift card though haha.

      Live chat didnt match the Lava tech Pixel 7 price, saying Lava tech has restricted quantities (only 5 left in the stock when I contacted them).     The square trade send me a new code this morning as t 6:00am. Then I contact JB this morning around 11, they told me come today and they will still do 699 for pixel 7. I am now at JB , the code expired again. And the KB manager told me come again with active code. I have never experienced such shit service. I will never purchase anything from Jb Again. I am now sending an email to square trade and cancel my trade in offer.

    Picked up a pixel7 for $304 out of pocket 2 hrs ago.
    Pixel7 reduced to $699, JB gave a price reduction as the sale ended yesterday.
    Trade in redemption emails were pretty much instant via online ipad $95 + bonus $300. Couldn't justify the 7pro over the 7

      And now 230 out from bank and I got nothing.

      By the way, only less 2 days after processing the trade in.
