I signed up several months ago and have had great service. Great speeds and only a couple of drop outs that have been rectified quickly, the support is fantastic. Telecube actively identify when CVC limits are reached and order more bandwidth promptly, peak congestion never lasts long.

  • Hi Rep,

I have not had internet since last Tuesday (HFC connection).

I shut down the internet Tuesday evening from ABB and put the order in for Telecube.

I've been told that I would hear back from Wednesday- Friday about my connection details but every time I inquired via support, I was told it would take up to 2 business days (Friday at the latest).

On Friday, I was told that my internet has not been connected and that it was an issue from the NBN side.

When I moved from BuzzTelco to ABB, it took 1 hr to do the transfer without any issue. I've not had the internet for 6 days now with this transfer and it's been quite frustrating as I have to use my mobile phone for a hotspot.

I've been trying to get through to support via email but they seem to be very unresponsive. Is there anything you can do to help?

    • Continue to email support and bump your ticket. Ask them to hassle NBN Co if that's where the issue lies. Unfortunately HFC transfers are tricky and can be delayed. Ask John for some kind of compensation for the week without internet. You should still receive the $69 credit for the set up fee.

    • please private message me with your customer id and/or ticket numbers

      • Hey- it does not let me private message you.

        • try again now please

  • not very happy with my transfer, FTTN here, transfer has been going for a week, still no ETA's, emailed support a few times, all i hear is its NBN who is holding back…….

    • I'm really sorry, your transfer has stalled amd we are waiting for NBN to resolve the issue. We will discuss compensation once it is resolved.

  • Hi, here is Brisbane. we have joined last month but have had a ping issue. We had 18-20ms with a previous ISP but now it is between 40 and 43ms? Anyone in same boat in Brisbane?

    • Sorry, at the moment all Qld services are routing to Melbourne. We should have the Brisbane POP up and running in the next week or so which will then bring your pings down to the 18-20ms mark.

      • Thanks for the reply. That’s a good news!
