    Mine just tracked a $14.40 order I did at 9:11pm at 15% cashback but my $153.55 order done at 4:10pm has tracked at $0.00

      Update: another track came in, now close to 15%. Looks like every item in the transaction has it own cashback, not combined. So better wait one more day, once all tracks come in then see whether you get correct amount.

    Evening guys,

    I have made 2 purchases from Amazon Prime through Shopback yesterday.

    However, this afternoon I just received Shopback transaction email and I noticed cashback amount is ZERO for both of them.

    This is my first Shopback transaction; am I missing something?

    Why I didn't receive any Cashback?

    Sent an email to [email protected], but it bounced back. How do I contact Shopback Rep?

      Noticed guys over here received some percentage of cashback. How did I receive complete ZERO over $150 worth of transactions? I open Shopback app, clicked through Prime app, didn’t have anything else in the cart beforehand and didn’t use any giftcard, promo whatsoever. Paid through good old Zippay. Ordered last night 9pm-ish, received cashback email 5pm today with ZERO cashback for both transaction. What and where it went wrong? 😐

    So my total purchase price on Amazon Flashback Sale was $450.50 (all sold by Amazon AU/US).

    GST 10% off is $405.45

    15% cashback should then be $60.81

    However, I only got $50 tracked. Any idea?

              Since I'll be off, here's what I was going to explain:
              - Open Amazon in your web browser.
              - Search for the product you were going to buy - in this example "VIOFO A119 V3 2K Dash Cam".
              - Open the product page.
              - The category will be displayed in the top-left corner of the page underneath the "All" button.
              - For this product, it's "Electronics".
              - Check category rates on our site.

              From what I can see, the only product listed that is eligible is the Rockport Boots at 6%.

              All cashback platforms follow the same rules Amazon set out.
              As for the eBay product, send me a DM and I'll look at it on Monday.

    Made multiple orders, got strange results with Shopback.

    Definitely not 15% across all categories for me. Can this be fixed or do I need to wait for the magical "48hrs" ?

          Correct, they calculate as 15% of (Order Value - GST - Delivery Costs)

      This is true, CR tells me which matches which. So I know what has tracked and what isn’t, if there was a missing tracking on CR (which there isn’t).

      Now I have 4 orders and 2 tracking, and messy maths to work out what’s tracked or not.

        I have concerns over shopback as it seems to take ages or may never get the cashback and this seems to be another example where customers need to chase their cashback. Something is just not right here.

    Have just been notified today that cashback has been confirmed on 1 order only ($4 cashback) - while the other orders have had their cashback rejected. ($15 + $16 cashback SURPRISE SUPRISE?)
