        I tried that and the Chrome Shopback extension is still red. It's usually green when it's tracked.

    If a item has a coupon automatically applied is that still valid. dont see anything against it in the terms and conditions as not using promo code

        No Problem, it wasn't clear in the T&Cs. It only mentions promo codes or voucher codes, but technically its not a code. Amazon already adds it. Maybe make the wording more clear.. anyways still got it for a good price. :)

    My android shopback app is launching the Amazon app, then flicking over to Amazon on chrome.

    Not really sure this will track like that. Any ideas?

    Even if tracked correctly, dont be surprised to see them rejected later … I got too many of those with Amazon to bother anymore.

    Ordered by clicking through from shopback website on the 15% banner.. bit nervous my orders arn't counting though as the chrome plugin isn't showing (as green?) and even in the plugin itself a search for "amazon" doesn't find the store. … hmmm.

        How can I know the cashback is tracking? On last cyber Monday, I faced a similar issue that ShopBack says takes up to 48hours to track. eventually, my order is not been tracked.

    There is an issue with this guys as Amazon is no longer showing up as a store in Shopback and the extension is showing up as red rather than green. Don't be surprised if it doesn't go through.

        I wouldn't have high hopes. I recently bought a phone on banggood. Didn't track, claimed missing trackback, SB said the merchant said I'm not legible for trackback, even though it was sitewide.

        SB said they'll investigate, Its the last time I use SB on banggood

    Process two orders from website to amazon. None of them is tracked. Shopback do need building a property tracking service and chrome app which is not showing amazon.

    I used the app and got transferred to the amazon on a web browser and did the transactions through there. But I haven't gotten a tracking email. Does that mean it didn't go through?

    Got the tracking email with $0 cashback on a purchase of Bosch Pressure washer! It is all so annoying and waste of time. Never have any issue with CR. I see others are also reporting the same issue. Can you look what the issue is OP, please?
