Did you have to ask the store to match the Amazon price or did you just give them the existing link that the online chat gave you?
I offered them the link but they didn't need it - they only asked for the store and price that was originally matched. I don't think they even confirmed that the price I gave them was accurate.
Try putting the letter V infront of the code.
I had a similar issue and when I went in store the guy scanned the bardcode and it automatically added the letter.
He also said they had similar issues with other coupons and it should have worked if I added the letter :)

did anyone got update from squaretrade about old phone. I sent my old phone 10days ago and they sent email acknowledgement of recipt today and next is they will inspect the phone. Can anyone share their experience on their inspection.

I sent my phone in because was quoted $150 trade in. Now they're syaing its worth $20, do i want to have the phone returned and be charged the $150.
If I say yes, can anyone confirm if they iwll just charge the $150, or wil lthey charge the $500 bonus as well?

Yeah not worth it - i'd keep it for $20. I've checked all the comments and people seem to think may keep the $500 as is a separate JB discount, not through the trade in area. But was just wondering if anyone had actually tried and confirmed
I did the trade in glitch and never sent them a phone and used the $500 voucher. Never got charged anything, so you won't get charged the $500. I'd request that the phone be sent back and you'd only be charged the $150, or whatever the trade in they promised you was. Then you can sell it privately for more than the rip off price they're offering

I called up a local store and asked to be transferred to sales (sales line on the website wasn't working).
They were more than happy to generate a new link which was compatible with the $500 coupon.
