How it worked with Samsung (Asurion) was something similar, you walk into AusPost. Lineup and tell the clerk you are sending a phone for tradein. Show them the email/ instructions - they will ask you to get a box/ packaging or get one for you. They send it off and give you a receipt with tracking details.

I do not use a screen protector .. a screen protector does not improve the display quality and does not improve the touch sensitivity .. and, with some care, it is easy not to scratch the screen .. just have to think before putting into your pocket, placing in the car dash, leaving on the couch, etc.
phones don't scratch themselves .. i haven't dropped or scratched a screen for 5+ years now .. but it's nice to have a minimalist cover to make it a bit easier.

You need to click the $500 voucher in the Trade-in email. Then it will send you another email with the $500 voucher.

Ok , So i got the s22 and used it to get another voucher.
Later i got a code saying my account is now on hold and said my trade in value will be kept on hold until I send my phone which i want to trade.
Anyways, I still tried it, and looks like the voucher still works. So I wanted s22 plus. They said they would pricematch to $1599 from amazon. Later when i went, it was kinda hectic so the guy looked at the non-amazon seller price which was $1549.
So i paid $1050 today all with giftcard for s22 plus 256gb. Yesterday, it was $900 i think.
The $500 deal is back on at JB HiFi, but the phone prices are back to RRP.

Not sure if anyone came across this issue, but to redeem the Trade In coupon for click and collect you needed to add the letter V infront of the coupon. I didn't know that last night so I missed out on the sale yesterday.
I rang the 13 Jb number and they price matched the $1049 for the S22 as long as I bought a charger, screen protector and case.
All in all, ended up being $1131 before the trade in etc.

$20 - Cygnett 20w Charger
$24 - Belkin S22 Screenguard
$38 - Samsung S22 Smart Clearview Black Case
Might be an alternative option if you missed the sale.
I am glad I didn't do click and collect today. I got price matched s22 plus 256 gb with Amazon black version for 1599.
The code didn't work so went to the store and the guy looked at cheapest seller and pricematched to 1549 - voucher=1049 for s22 plus 256 gb.
Now I did used the s22 earlier for $650 and used it imei for another voucher

I would recommend you to search all the ultra phones on Amazon.com.au and check the cheapest one and price match that price.
Usually, they will only price match Amazon as a seller and not other sellers.

So devo I missed out on this! My S10 was fetching $150. $599 is still a good deal but $399 would've been unreal.
If you do the trade in, are you able to click and collect and get the S22 to transfer everything over before you trade in the old phone? Or are you expected to back it up and reset it first?
You get 7 days to send your phone in for the trade-in. So if you were able to click and collect within 7 days of arranging the trade in online then you could transfer everything and reset before sending the phone, and use both the $150 voucher and bonus $500 to pay for a goo chunk of the phone cost!
Awesome, I assumed that was the case but wasn't sure of they would make you reset and send the phone in before you can get the new one haha. So tempted to pull the trigger for $599 but the offer ends next Sunday so I might just hold out in case another deal pops up.

The phone was $1049 at Jbhifi as they price matched Telstra Day. Currently the phone isn't on sale at Jbhifi, so that's why it is expired. The $500 bonus credit is not expired yet and can you still trade in your phone, but the phone itself isn't on sale anymore

I believe most people here usually pay $0-sub $20 a month if on a SIM only plan. These kinds of "deals" are not as good as they look. (Yes it is still a good deal, but more like a "real" discount of $150-ish instead of the so-called $750)

Jb price matched with Amazon Au for the 512gb model ($1609), I also did the trade in deal on a Note 10+ ($310) and was able to apply the trade in credit and the $500 coupon. Also price matched two samsung cases (they were $79 and $49) for $23 and $14. Total for everything for me was $836.

Just got JB to match the standard S22 128Gb in White for $1139.
Minus $500 voucher and $50 trade in for Google Pixel 3 = $589.
Not as good as the original JB deal but only $90 difference so not too bad.
Update: The $500 voucher doesn't seem to work on the Shopping Cart link JB sent. Live chat says they can't help as it's not supposed to work. They told me to call customer support.
