I know..I know….they are inkjets…and companies make money from sellings cartridges. BUT it has got a scanner too….and it's wireless…so IMO it's good for 9 bucks..

The specs don't really say that it's wireless…but i received an email from DELL showing the same price and photo of the printer…and it says it has an built-in 802.11 b/g/n wireless printing. So not sure about that.

    I emailed Dell support to get a replacement in mid July and had a 525W delivered in late July. Overall great service from Dell and a lot of goodwill has been earned because of this. Thanks Dell, OP and OzBargain for this deal!

    Finally arrived in Perth yesterday, however it was a missed delivery. Startrack Express will not leave it at the door, needs someone to sign for it. They won't change the delivery address either. Driving to the airport depot is a long way for a $9 printer :)

      I think it's too late to reply you, but if you haven't drive to airport yet, you can call dell and change address. That's what I did.

      Hey Goober,
      This was the second email blast that was sent out, to the same email chain as the original email. Only removed the emails address' from those customer that received their printer(s). Apologize if the first email didn't reach you.

      Look at it on the bright side, that delay probably moved you from the v313 to the upgraded.

        Hi! are you the rep of Dell??

        I made my order just before the system down but didn't get any Order Number, I received an email straight after I ordered which asked me to wait for an email with confirmation (didn't get that email).

        I called one of the Dell staff, they said they will still honor the printers for me, they will order through system manually… But I didn't get any follow-ups after almost 2 months!

    2 months later, 3 "choose which option" emails received, 3 phonecalls to dell so far confirming that I want the printer sent to me and assurances that it would be shipped out within the week… yet I've still not got my printer. I think I've spent more on calls now than the initial cost of the bloody thing.

    Poor effort Dell, you've ruined the good brand image I had for you over a $9 printer.

    I had a refund few days ago and didn't receive any notice. I was waiting for more than 2 months for nothing. I will not buy anything from Dell from now on even it is cheap as chips.
