Good thing I didn’t insta cancel like so many people - seems like I’ll keep this card for another year. I’m a longtime cardholder with the 12m price protection. I’ve got about $15k left on my lifetime claim limit - will try to use up as much as I can this year.

I’m finding Latitude incredibly frustrating to deal with
I’ve been trying to close the account for a week now. Each response is signed by a different person who says they’ll be responding to me from here on….
Logged in yesterday and my there were no cards attached to my account. (Did a little dance :-) ).
Logged on last night and saw nothing had changed from the day before. Still had the CC with the txns. So sent them another email

Had the card for a decade now, my name hasn’t changed and now despite making my request via the app, I’m being asked for details over plain text!!
