            I made two orders for pickup, both are still pending.

            I also only got 1 cancellation e-mail instead of 2.

            Personally, I'm going to give them until Tuesday to resolve the refund otherwise I'll get Ebay and Paypal involved.

    Ordered one for delivery, got refund email and $20 voucher.
    Used the $20 voucher for a $20 powerboard.
    Annoying but got a freebie so can’t complain.

    GG took the money from my paypal account today. but the item on ebay just says paid but not sent. expected delivery may 5 to 8. this is bad. i thought they will refund the money. i say bad coz , its means will take a while now for the refund.

      I purchased one on each, attempted to pickup my direct order on Thursday but wasn't allowed to. Got the cancellation email and credit for the direct order but heard nothing from eBay.

      Today I thought I'd try my luck at the other store for eBay, rocked up and they processed it without a hitch! Might be worth calling if you haven't heard anything about your eBay order yet, it worked for me :)

          TGG direct order and the eBay order were from different stores, so after I got denied from the first store (direct) I didn't bother with the second (eBay) lol.

          But was in the area today so tried my luck at the 2nd store, it was just sitting there waiting for me like it was processed normally.. Both orders had the same comms via email (pickup ready), but TGG direct was definitely cancelled and refunded already, whereas the eBay order was just sitting there in limbo.

      no refund on my paypal but TGG took the money from my account. ebay order still say paid but not sent. estimated delivery may 5to8, ill just wait till the 8th and then msg them. and escalate claim tru ebay and paypal if no item receive by then.

    Just left my ebay feeback. How it can be advertised in physical store catalogues, on their online store and on ebay is pretty ridiculous. Doesn't seem they've put in any measures to avoid this from happening since the previous 'Price Errors'.

    Just went to The Good Guys to se why to get and found the perfect thing for me was a Soda Stream refill bottle for $19.99. My existing one is running out so good timing.

    Note: I missed out on the 6kg bottle deal from last time so I’m sticking with soda stream for the next few reloads until then.

    I went to TGG this morning. Picked an item and requested a pricematch, which they agreed to. Went to the cashier to make the payment and I asked her to use the store credit. She then said, the credit can only be used on the ticket price/ inflated RRP and not on negotiated price so she bumped the price back to RRP. WTF TGG!!! Scam!!

          Most people here are on their high horse. Next time just order online. I bought 11 vouchers so I had 13. The lady complained that I shouldn’t have this many vouchers. I said maybe the good guys should stop emailing me so many

            @sunnyc: I tried placing an order online but they had another restriction where I could use only 2 gift cards/ credit at a time. I then called their phone sales number and tried to place the order via phone but even then I got told that if I have to use more than 2 gift cards, I have to come to store. Overall it was just chaos so I eventually had to go to the store.

    Price matched via 1300OFFICE on 30 Apr on backorder. Delivered from OW yesterday, took it out of the box and powered it up, oh god, the LCD screen was faulty.
    Ran into my local OW, no stocks so can't replace it for you. Went to another OW, called before to confirm availability. The girl saw the price on my invoice and was like (REALLY???). In the end got it replaced and ran away as fast as I can.

    I got my Officeworks price match delivered this morning. Word of advice from an experienced OZbargainer, never trust these too good to be true price error sales, just get it from someone who is not connected with the original mistake
