Welcome to the ultimate guide of the Google One subscription

Updates:

  • 28/06/2023 - New corrected AUD prices, which reflects the significant drop due to Turkey's current economy situation (this deal is an ALL TIME LOW!) All prices in this guide are current as of 28 June 2023.**
  • 28/06/2023 - Additional methods on sign-ups (for those who could not previously sign up via Google Pay, I've now found the solution by using a Turkey-based Virtual Mastercard).
  • 28/06/2023 - At the end of this post are many of the detailed guides I've created.

Reposting this deal from last year just in case anyone missed it, however this post will be better than the previous one and will include more detailed information to help those trying to jump on board the ship. Oh, and prices are even cheaper.

Modern problems require modern solutions. Like Xbox Game Passes, Spotify Premium, Youtube, Netflix, Discord, Google One, Microsoft 365, relocating (virtually of course) to Turkey is usually the best option, with some methods saving hundreds or thousands of dollars each year added up.

YES - you can share your Google One subscription with your Google Family Group, however, this may affect those who use an Android device (or any device that utilises the Google Play store). If anyone in your Google Family has an Android device, please see NOTES section below the end of the post description BEFORE signing up to this deal

Instructions (No Current Subscription)

Please read the following instructions carefully. I've tested it on iPhone and PC (windows), so here's my experience - and it took literally minutes.

Note: If you plan on sharing your Google One subscription with any family members (or others), you must add your Australian family members / accounts into a Google family group before signing up to Turkey Google One subscription, otherwise you will get the following error: "Looks like you're in a different country from the family manager". To add family members, go to: https://families.google.com/families

Step 1: Add any family members to your Google Family Group if needed: https://families.google.com/families

Step 2: Add a Google payment profile for Turkey if you don't have one yet. If needed, use a fake address generator to obtain a random Turkey address for the payment profile. You can create a new payment profile by following these steps: go to https://pay.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/settings and clicking the pen icon next to "Country/Region" and a link to create a new profile should pop up. You can then add details for the Turkish profile.

Step 3: Connect a VPN to the server in Turkey (see Notes section for suggestions)

Step 4: Go to https://one.google.com/about/plans and if it shows currency in TRY (Turkish Lira), continue choosing your membership. Pay using a credit/debit card (preferedly with no international fees)

  • Possible Problem 1: Prices are still showing in AUD or pricing initially shows in Turkish Lira but switches back to AUD after you select your plan
  • Possible Solution 1: You might see that the 3 plan columns show Australian pricing, but after selecting the desired plan and going to next screen, it might change to TRY currency. If this happens, then great - just proceed and pay. If it stays in AUD pricing, double check your VPN service or switch to another one. If this fails, you may have to delete your Australian payment profile (you can always make a new one after, but be aware that deleting your Australian profile may destroy all your Google Play Credits and possibly your previous app purchases as well - See Notes section below). Deleting your Australian payments profile will only affect you if you (the person signing up) is an Android user.

  • Possible Problem 2: Error message when paying "Your transaction can't be completed. To continue this transaction, secure your account. Learn more about securing accounts"

  • Possible Solution 2: Turn off VPN then try to pay again. If this doesn't work, delete your debit/credit card off the payment profile and redo all the steps again - when you go to pay it will ask you to enter a new card - try and use a different one and it should work.

Step 5: Fly back home and turn off your VPN

Step 6: To share with family members, you need to turn on family sharing after signing up to share the storage. To do this, go to https://one.google.com/settings, then click "Manage Family Settings" and toggle it on.

Step 7: YOU'RE DONE! WOOO! Enjoy your savings :)

Instructions (Transferring from a different country)

Please read the following instructions carefully. I've tested it on iPhone and PC (windows), so here's my experience - and it took literally minutes.

Probably not the best to transfer as I’m not sure if signing up while having an active subscription will stack on, and there’s no point paying for a whole year if you still got like 5 months left (for example). If you have a current Australian Google One sub, best to cancel it, let the sub period expire then sign up fresh using Instructions above (rather than the one below)

Step 1: Go to https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, locate your Google One subscription, click "Manage", then proceed to "Cancel Subscription". Once cancelled, the current subscription will continue until the end of the billing period. But you now have an option to subscribe back to Google One.

Step 2: Add any family members to your Google Family Group if needed: https://families.google.com/families

Step 3: Add a Google payment profile for Turkey if you don't have one yet.

Step 4: Connect a VPN to the server in Turkey (see Notes section for suggestions)

Step 5: Go to https://one.google.com/about/plans and if it shows currency in TRY (Turkish Lira), continue choosing your membership. Pay using a credit/debit card (preferedly with no international fees)

  • Possible Problem 1: Prices are still showing in AUD (or whatever India if you have Youtube Premium via India or pricing initially shows in Turkish Lira but switches back to AUD after you select your plan

Step 7: To share with family members, you need to turn on family sharing after signing up to share the storage. To do this, go to https://one.google.com/settings, then click "Manage Family Settings" and toggle it on.

Step 8: YOU'RE DONE! WOOO! Enjoy your savings :)

Notes (Important)

  • If everyone in the Google Family is an iPhone user, just follow the instructions above - there will be no problems, as deleting your Australian payment profile will not affect you at all.

If at least one account in the Google Family uses an Android Device/Google Play Store, please read this:

  • Once you sign up to Google One via Turkey, every Google account in the family will relocate to Turkey, even if the other accounts don’t have a Turkey payment profile. The only fix that I have seen right now is to delete the Turkey payment profile on the account that was used to sign up to Google One - that will revert all accounts to the Australian Play Store. However, be aware that deleting your Australian profile may destroy all your Google Play Credits and possibly your previous app purchases as well. However, we can think of a workaround below to make sure everyone in the family has access to the Australian Play Store after signing up to Google One:

    • If anyone in the family has an Android device using the Google Play Store:

We know that anyone in the family group can sign up to Google One and share it with the rest of the family. Given that it is likely the person signing up has to delete their Australian payment profile, use the account who is not an android (one who uses an iPhone/iOS device) to sign up (that way, deleting the Australian payment profile won't affect anything as iPhone users don't utilise the Google Play Store anyway). Do not use the family manager's account to sign up (if they are an Android user) because deleting the Australian payments profile could mean you may lose complete access to your Google Play Credits and possibly your previous app purchases. Follow the instructions section above, making sure you add a Turkey payment profile and remove your Australian payment profile. After signing up to Google One, share it with your family group as per instructions. At the end, delete your Turkey payment profile (and add a new Australian one in if you wish) and everyone in the family will have access again to the Australian Play Store (including the Family Manager, who was unaffected by this method). By deleting your Turkey payment method, the Google One subscription effectively cancels (you will still get the full year access before it expires) and you’ll just need to sign up again and redo this every year

  • If the above method does not work for some reason and you really need Australian apps, I guess the workaround for this would be to create another Google account purely for downloading apps from the Google Play Store

UPDATE: According to atlas:

To avoid all your devices changing to the Turkish play store, all you need to do is:

  1. Make sure the family manager is an Australian account
  2. Use a different account (ie. Burner account) to join the family and setup Turkish payment profile
  3. Setup Google One, share, and away you go.

Result: Main account gets shared storage and keeps Australian profile.

  • Most VPN services will connect to Turkey, unlike India. Those include NordVPN, Private Internet Access (PIA), free Windscribe Chrome extension (recommended), ExpressVPN, etc. If one doesn't work, use another VPN

    • If you're using Windscribe and it shows different currencies: keep turning the windscribe on and off. Each time you don't get TRY, turn it off and on, then refresh the Google One sign up page. You'll eventually land on TRY. Go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ each time you turn it off/on and see if you land on Istanbul

A: Yes, you can view the breakdown here: https://one.google.com/storage

Q: Does the Family Manager have to be the one signing up to Google One?
A: No, anyone in the family can sign up to Google One and share it with the rest of the family.

Q: Will I get banned by Google?
A: There’s always a chance, however only a tiny number of people (<5) have actually gotten suspended by Google (see linked previous post in OP). Proceed at your own risk.

Please note the process can be easy for some people, harder for others, or may not work at all.

  • There is no need for aggression in instances where you are unable to subscribe to an international Netflix account. Share your experience so everyone can chip in and help out. There are plenty of examples where hacks shared on this platform do not work for some people, but may work for others:

    • Modem reset for faster internet,
    • Cash back program purchase tracking,
    • Price matching an unobtainable deal or price error,
    • Targeted bargains, and
    • Limited quantity items quickly or instant (bot) sellout.
  • Similarly we know there are cash back users who follow every single step for cash back (turn off ad blocker, have no items in cart, do not click other links, etc.) on their purchases and it does not work, its probably best to move on.There are many users who successfully use this hack and enjoy paying half the price of the Australian membership. Unfortunately there are also many users who have been unable to sign up to Netflix Turkey or Argentina. After all it is intended for people who reside in Turkey or Argentina. • You have to delete your Australian payment profile if you have an existing account. They know you are using a VPN they make Android OS and have total knowledge of your location.

    • If I delete my Australia payment profile will I lose access to existing apps or subscriptions, I am subcribed to this google one and a youtube deal via turkish vpn.

        • Thanks I followed those instructions exactly. My new burner account is in the family and has a subscription to google one.

Now do I need to delete both my Australian and turkish payment profiles from my main google account to get the AUS play store back on my phone?

  • check google credit TRY15 free on monthly tiral plan

  • Can we pay with Google opinion rewards dollars??

  • I already pay for YouTube Premium through Turkey but have Google One through AU. I've just cancelled it and will wait until the end of October for the sub to end before trying this out.
Thanks OP, I've already used your other deal posts for Crunchyroll & YT Premium. Next up, Neflix and this 😄

Does anyone know if there are similar workarounds for Google Nest Aware at all?

    • Interested in this too.

  • i bought the 2tb version not thinking how much space i had. it was only 17 bucks and thought why not. So far ive only used 20gb LOL. overkill

  • So, my burner account shares the Google One membership - this wouldn't affect any of my data in my main account right?

  • So im trying to use this method but Argentina (have already done it for youtube premium).
All account details and payment method is set to argentina.

When i go to purchase, its showing in $$, even when i click all the way through to the very last window..

When i log in to another account i manage (turkey based), its set to turkish prices even without a vpn.

Anyone have any ideas what could be happening to the argentina account only showing $$?

I have tried multiple broswers, computers and android phones…all the same :(

  • Thanks OP, followed the instructions had some issues earlier but after removing the Australian payment profile, it showed the Turkey figures. Subscribed for 2TB annual plan👌😊

Tried signing up for the annual 100GB plan using the instructions above - getting the error message "Your transaction can't be completed. Please visit the Help Centre for more information". Have tried multiple cards, including my Westpac debit card, Revolut virtual card, and Wise virtual card. Have tried using the method on my phone browser. Even tried after turning off the VPN, as suggested above - no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  • I finally got Google One to show me in TL. Here's what i have done:

    a) set up a new google account, authenticated via Au phone number though
    b) New payment profilewith Australian ING debit card with Turkish address
    c) Use Tor browser in incognito mode to get to Google One page. Initially the page showed AUD prices, clicking on 100Gb option and prices changed to TL. smooth sign up after that.

    • so no VPN?

      • VPN Windsccribe to Turkey (Istanbul only, not the other 2)

        • oo thanks.

When I tried turkey the other day via windscribe, i was getting British Pounds on google one prices.

Maybe was a temporary issue, ill try again in afew days. thanks for the info!

          • @amityaaron: i had encountered that with Chrome in incognito mode.

disconnect / reconnect + using Brave with TOR incognito mode.

Tor gave me the page in Turkish Liras on my first attempt.

            • @AirbusA389: Thanks so much!

Ill try in 3 months when my $5 for 3 months discount expires.

    • set up a new google account? like actual new??

      • +1

i setup a brand new one to avoid making too many amendments on my existing account.

        This is what i did:
        a) VPN to turkey (Istanbul) first, setup a new google account + Turkish address + Turkish payment profile with AU debit card
        b) disconnect so that i can join my family group
        c) reconnect VPN to Istanbul
        d) Google One sign up without encountering AUD prices.

        • nice, but i just learnt that my old google acc is already part of family. Darn, your trick works.

  • UPDATE: According to atlas:

Make sure the family manager is an Australian account

Not sure if anyone been in a similar predicament as I am. So my main google account is already in an existing family group, which is also the one I need for the extra storage (due to drive + gmail). This google account is also on an Android with an Australian payment profile. I am not too concerned about any google credit as i dont have much anyway, but my main concern are the google play data. I saw that i can always re-create an Australian payment profile after, but will I be able to "import" back the deleted Australian payment profile?

Is there another workaround for someone in a scenario that my main google account is in? TIA

    • +1

Is the family full? If not, create a new account to join the family.

      • That's a good point - meaning to create a new turkish google a/c and sign up for the plan, and then get this a/c invited into the existing google family and share the subscription's allowances to the existing family?

        • +1

Follow the steps in the exact order - join the family first

        • So what are the exact steps? I signed up for this google one via a turkish vpn and now my play store on my phone is in turkey and its a real issue for me. It is my main google account and has an australian payment profile. What do I need to do exactly to fix this?

  • +2

I just renewed my subscription. My family is full so I couldn't use a burner account.
I had to wait till the subscription expired, otherwise I can't re-buy the same plan. To do it the way I did (which is pretty much the same as the first time):

    • VPN to Turkey; I used NordVPN
    • Login to Google (I used Chrome in Incognito), go to Account Settings, add a Payment Profile for Turkey. To add a Payment Profile, click on the pen icon next to Country/Region. I reused the original Turkish address I used last year.
    • Close your Australian payments profile by selecting it at the top and clicking Close at the bottom.
    • Buy Google One again.
    • Don't forget to go back to Google One settings, Manage family settings, and re-enable the share option.
    • Create an Australian payment profile then delete the Turkish profile. If you use a burner account that isn't the family manager you should be able to just leave the Turkish profile there and it should auto-renew next year; if it's the family account then every family member's Play Store will be Turkish and some AU-specific apps (e.g. the ANZ app) will not be downloadable.
    • Deleting the Turkish profile will not delete the subscription.
  • Got apple id turkey, gone to google one app and try to upgrade from there, pops out ₺139.99 100gb annual instead of 57.99.

Still better than AUD, just a little annoyed not 57.99.

    • That’s so weird. I just upgraded yesterday for 57.99 TL

      • Yes so weird! Sigh

    • I've been trying to follow the stesp (android device) for the post by Atlas, but the secondary accound does not show option to upgrade or change plans. It says "talk to plan manager". The main account (manager) is Au based and still seeing Au pricng :(

      • Does your main account have Google One already?

        • Yes it does. but it expires in a couple of days.

  • The real bargain for Google Drive was unlimited storage for about A$10 per month. It lasted a few years, but eventually they wanted real money. I think I had 25TB on the drive at one time.

  • -1

Why not use o365 subscription and get 6x1TB for RRP of $139 AUD (or cheaper)

let say i pay for 2TB storage and uploaded 2 TB of stuff then stopped paying. what would happend to the stuff I uploaded? deleted or unable to access until I pay for 2TB again?

    • +1

I tested this scenario. I was on 200GB plan. Stopped paying since Feb 2023. Data continued on the cloud storage until I removed in early June. Though there were 2 issues.
      a) I couldn't upload any new data.
      b) constant nagging notification on phone about data exceeding free quota and I need to pay for data blah! blah!! blah!!

I finally set up a NAS and moved all my data from cloud. Happy days! No more google peeking my data.

Seeing as this deal is currently on the home page, I have to say I'm not a fan of this new re-posting feature which has been hinted at, and it's confusing - "REPOST" doesn't show on the app, and I thought I was on the long-running page for a second. It's just a way to see even less of what I want to see (ie. only popular new deals on the home page), and now we require yet another option to hide clutter. The home page should be for new deals, and if I want to find deals for specific products I'll search for it.

    • Agree

They would be reposted as a "new" deal anyway

  • What is the use case of a Google one account? Do people just use it for storage? What happened to ssd or hhd these days?

    • What is the use case of a Google one account? Do people just use it for storage?

Lots of people use their phone as their only camera nowadays. Having a lot of Google One storage means all your photos are automatically backed up. It also makes searching through your photos much easier as you can describe what you're looking for. You'll also be able to display your photos on devices like Nest Home Hubs and Chromecasts.

You can also store all your documents on Google Drive and access them wherever you are. If your hard disk at home crashes, or gets ransomwared, or gets damaged in a power surge, or your laptop gets stolen, or the house catches fire, no worries as you have a copy in the cloud.

It's always a good idea to at least have a copy of everything both on your hard disk as well as a remote location (e.g. Google's cloud). It's better to use an actual backup service like Crashplan or Backblaze, but this is the next best thing that's easier to use which makes it more attractive to more people.

      • I am having a dilemma Google One VS iCloud turkey. As I am an apple user but I know phones we can also sync with Google as a backup for photos etc. I am finding the cost for GBs Google One more pricer.

        • I am finding the cost for GBs Google One more pricer.

Hmm, how so? This deal is $1.62/month for 2TB (or $16.20 for a year). iCloud is $7.25/month for 2TB, or $87/year.

          • @eug: My bad your right, probably will go with Google then.

  • For clarity @atlas
"To avoid all your devices changing to the Turkish play store, all you need to do is:"
    - Should the burner account buy Google One before or after joining 'the family'? (Or does it not matter as long as they hit share once in the family?)

    • It's been a while since I set mine up, but I'm fairly certain you need to join the family first before setting up the Turkish payment profile and Google One. Otherwise you might encounter errors joining the family.

    • Probably too late not but yeah the account must be apart of the family prior to purchasing

  • Sweet my account stopped working for some reason time to do it again

  • Hello,
How to get on this when I have already got Google One?

    • Let it end, then come back to this deal.

  • Can anyone help with my situation.

    • I have existing Google Family account with 1 free slot.
    • I created burner account and set up Turkish Payment Profile / subscribed for 1 year of 200GB/m
    • Tried to join family but couldnt as i'm in differant Country. ( My fault for not reading instructions properly, If i cancel payment profile and switch to Australia will i lose my 155 Lira?
    • Is there anything I can do appart from Switching from Turkey >> Aus, join Family >>> to Turkey and resubscribe?
    • +1

I'd probably ditch the account and start again

    • You can bypass it by joining with VPN on, if that doesn't work then join with VPN off. Muck around with it. Because I had the same error initially when creating my first ever guide and I managed to bypass it by mucking around and trying.

Created new account and used Oldubil. Gonna use it for plex storage. Didn’t see option more then 2tb. Just did a month to start with.

Also new updated payments from Revolut worked. Transferred using the updated option instead of akti…

When trying the YouTube (wanting to change to family plan as individual, cancelled plan but don’t see options until October when runs out to enable family I guess. (I am already using Turkish YouTube)

    • Ahh. After initial 2tb, option there to upgrade to more.

      • Yeah the option only comes up after you sub to 2TB for some reason. Thanks for your comment and support

  • Quick tip I just spent 30 minutes figuring out.

If you have set up a burner account and joined a family group that already has an account that has is sharing a premium subscription, there will be no toggle for "Share Google One with your family" in the Google One settings of the burner account.

I found the answer on reddit, essentially the "Share Google One with your family" toggle will not show if you have another premium Google One account in the family with that setting on. You have to turn off the "Share Google One with your family" slider on one account for it to show on the other. It seems like Google is not allowing more than one family member with premium Google One plan to share their storage at a time.

  • Much appriciate the details penny!
Do you know how to change my payment detail for Google drive from Australia profile to my Turkey one?
I have 2 payment profile, one from Turkey for youtube Red and that works perfectly fine.
The payment profile for Google drive is charging me AUD.
I assume that I would have to delete my Australia payment profile for google drive first right?
Please help me on that thank you

  • So I have YouTube Turkiye family plan (I'm manager), with both Australian and Turkish payment profiles. Signing up to G1 as is didn't work as I kept seeing AUD prices. Will deleting the Australian payment profile cause any problems (apart from losing GP credits or purchased apps which I don't have) for my family members apart from their Google Play store changing to Turkiye as well? If I then delete the Turkish profile, won't that disable YT Turkiye? And if I add the Australian profile back will their Google Play change back to Australian too?

    • I removed the Aussie payment profile and signing up to G1 Turkiye worked. Re-creating the Aussie profile didn't restore the play store, so looks like I need to remove the Turkish profile. In doing so, what will happen to my Turkish YT?

edit: found answer: When you close this profile, the service(s) below will be cancelled: YouTube, Google One

so just means re subbing to YT Turkiye then I guess.

  • Does it matter which credit card you use? I see mention of ING Everyday but no other reference to special cards/banks

    • +1

I just used my Coles Mastercard.

    • I use Commbank, Suncorp they all work

  • Hi guys, I started using my Google account I used to sign up for this for Google (Opinions) Rewards. And it asks me to set up payment profile in order for me to claim rewards. What's dos and don'ts here? Should I avoid using this account for Google Rewards at all? If I proceed with setting up profile, the default country chosen is Australia.

    Please advise. Thank you.

  • I cannot seem to have the currency change from USD with the correct payment profile as Turkey and the Australian one deleted when I use Urban VPN. Anyone found a solution yet?

  • I'm stuck dear OZB Community.
I have 6 slots, all full.
1 iOS, 5 Android in the family. I am on Android and am the family manager.

    Followed the steps on OP:
Step 1: Skipped, as I already have it set up
Step 2: Activated VPN for Istanbul Turkey, (either Nord or HMA, verified via whatismyip)
Step 3: iOS user had nothing set up, so successfully added a Google payment profile for Turkey using a fake address. There is only one single profile and that's Turkey.
Step 4: Go to https://one.google.com/about/plans and it shows currency in AUD & I can't get it to change.

When I click on the blue button, 'Get Offer', I get the message:
    Error
Something went wrong on our end. Please try again.

    I have:
    Tried different VPNS
    Incognito in Chrome
Deleted and re-added the card from under payment methods.
Verified that the Payments Profile has the Country set to Turkey.

    Any ideas, please?
    TIA

    • @atlas &
      @I Smell Pennies

      • @lordra will help you soon, sorry I have a huge backlog

        • No worries, will wait, thanks mate.

    • Don't suppose anyone else has Google One? Or any other family sharing turned on?

      • Nope, I'm the only one with Google one.

Yes, as the family manager, I have YouTube Premium from India turned on.

        • Following as I'm in a similar boat. Family manager has YT premium from India which is shared. Trying to sub to Google One with a family member that just has one Turkey payment profile gives me the "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again." error.

Suspect the YT premium India that could be the cause?

          • @NitroJolt: Welcome aboard, hope we can get off this ship quickly. Did you have an existing Google One sub? I did and cancelled it. It has now expired. The Indian payment system isn't on my profile, it's on someone else's, so mine is clean.

            • @lordra: @lordra Nobody in the family has a current G One sub.

The family manager has the YT premium sub and hence the Indian payment profile.

The account I'm trying sub to the Turkey Google One is brand new and just a member. It has no other payment profile besides Turkey.

  • I might have not read the guide properly or interpreted wrong, but now looking for a solution. I created my side account but made it the family manager. Added all the aus family main accounts, then went in to purchase Google one and I got an error that wasn't one of the two in the guide (I can't remember the error but it was something about Google Play store not being supported in this country).

If anything, the error I encountered will be closest to the 2nd one but I removed the payment method and added a new one with a different card, but I still received the same error.

Without deleting the family group and trying to keep all the members in the group, is there a way still to save this or I've screwed it up and I need to remove a member to make a new side account as a member? (note I've already used up the switch a family within 12 months period on my main account and the family has android devices)

    Thanks in advance

    • I am getting the same message "Google Play purchases are not supported in your country. Unfortunately you will not be able to complete purchases.

The signing up account only has Turkey payment profile (after deleting other profiles).

      • Yep that's the exact same error message I am getting.

I also have no other payment profiles except for the Turkey profile

        • I eventually followed instructions from "StarGrapper" in page 3 then it worked!

      • Update on my issue… It seemed like the problem fixed itself when I used a different VPN provider. I successfully purchased using the Turkey profile and my side account being the account manager.

As mentioned in the post, all member play store payment options are showing TRY currency. So I will do the workaround to fix it.

        Thanks for the input!

        • if you wouldnt mind sharing, which VPN provider is that where / when you were successful with this?

          • +1

@abcdefcuk: I was unsuccessful using Surf shark but was successful when using Nord VPN

            • @reivaxX: odd - i am also using NordVPN and had incognito switched on - somehow always detects and reverts my pricing to AUDs. I must be doing something wrong

      • Following the new instructions I mentioned above, we don't have to use any VPN.

The failure I had earlier was using Windscribe extension to connect Istanbul proxy.

        • Yep that would work in other instances. But the problem I had was I accidentally made the side account the family manager and in the instructions from StarGrapper, it specifically says to make sure the side account is the family member.

  • It shows USD in for my account. Already added TR payment profile.

  • Just signed up today to 200 GB. Good now until May 2025. Thanks very much.

  • I did it with my Indian account no problem. Added a burner account, set up turkey profile and purchased there. It showed INR prices before but when wnet to next page, it showed TL prices. However I am trying to do this for a friend from Peru most probably, Did all the same steps, in burner account, only TR profile is there. But it still shows PEN prices. And when tried to click next, it shows error: "Google Play purchases are not supported in your country. Unfortunately you will not be able to complete purchases"

So maybe, this won't work where Google Play purchases are not supported?

  • im getting the following error:

Couldn't complete your purchase. Check that you have the correct country selected in your Play account. Learn more

i put in a Turkish address with my normal bank card…. is that incorrect ?
