    I ordered within the hour this deal was posted and I haven't even received an order confirmation email from Sony. I did however receive emails from Cashrewards and my BT and earbud orders are showing up in my Sony account as "despatch pending"

    I received my despatch email from Sony today at 9:32 am Sydney time :)

    The email stated it would take 2 hours for the tracking link in the email to start working from DHL.

    Received the MDR-ZX330BT wireless bluetooth phones by DHL this morning.

    The package is new with no box damage whatsoever.

    I wasn't aware the headphones included microphone allowing hands-free calling. They also have a little toggle switch allowing to easily skip/go-back tracks and rewind / fast-forward along with pause.

    They use a micro usb for charging.

    integration with iphone took 5 seconds
    iphone > Settings > Bluetooth.

      For me prior orders with bpay resulted in the payment being processed/dispatch occurring a day later compared to when paying by CC.

    As has earlier been suggested, Sony would not undercut its retail suppliers, so deal had to be for "damaged stock" at this price.

      When you view the tracking info, there is an eta. If you're in Sydney, it's next business day. I don't know about other cities.

    I was going to receive it today, but I work the entire day and the guy just comes in the Brisbane CBD during 11 and 1pm. He called me and we didn't agree about when can I get the items.

      No and they are struggling to trace my payments! Disappointing. I would strongly recommend you to get in touch with their Customer Service (extremely poor experience though).

          Not yet. I sent them an email with ref numbers and called the Customer Service to confirm whether they have received it. Only then the Customer Service gets in touch with the actual store to resolve the matter… Once they (Customer Service) hear back from the store, they will get back to me.

          @testash: I am on the phone with the custmoer service agent in regards to the same matter. They assigned me a ref no. and I was also informed that they need to get in touch with the Sony Store and get back to me within the next 24 hours. The question is….is it possible that they messed up all the payments made via BPay?

          @bargainstacker: After 2 calls to the customer service center (Thursday and Today) my payment status is still pending. Last action taken was an email sent by the customer service agent to the sony store asking for a follow up in regards to the BPay ref no. (the agent forwarded that email to me as a FYI). How difficuly it is to cross check the ref no. with the payment!!

          So far…this is a very furstrating experience
