The eBay 20% off Participating Stores offer was by far the most popular deal, winning 3rd fastest to 20 votes, quickest to 100 votes, highest amount of votes, and a huge amount of traffic of 160,895 pageviews. We were also notified of a great act of kindness by user msmhw who generously offered to post SSD drives from the previous eBay deal to those who missed out in Queensland. Competitions
If you are feeling generous, two OzBargainers would like your help to win a Go Pro. It was also the first time we had to cancel a competition (BYO Cup @ 7/11). BYO Cup Day is one of our favourite contests to run so it was a big disappointment to not see it run on OzBargain or 7/11 promote it in social media. Our AFL Footy Tipping competition has just ended with noelstewartx taking out 1st place and winning $100. We should have some comps running shortly to coincide with the AFL & NRL finals.

Here are the winners this month:
RyanMK, for his eBay 20% off Participating Stores offer which was the deal of the month in August. +932/-7 votes, and OzBargain was flooded with a sea of eBay deals last week (127 of them, to be exact).
grababargain, for the Free Whitney Houston album on Google Play, which was the most popular freebies posted last month. However his other posting Free Elvis Presley album actually took the crown for the fastest deal to get onto the front page — 7 minutes and 44 seconds.
nmat, for the Celestron Evolution Wi-Fi Telescope competition, which was the most popular competition in August (that's not posted by a rep or by a mod).
tightarse, for posting the most deals last month. TA posted 57 deals in August, 53 of them got onto the OzBargain front page with average vote of +103.02. Moreover, 21 of them are with "ARSE" in the coupon code, as TA is now not just a bargain hunter, but a deal negotiator.
msmhw, for being helpful to other OzBargainers offering to post SSD to Queenslanders who has no access to previous eBay deal.
