Bonus Cashback Master Thread for Cashrewards and ShopBack

Hi All,

Thought it would be a good idea to start a master thread for all those popular bonus cashback deals from Cashrewards and Shopback. This will be a one-stop shop to check whether those bonus cashback offers have been tracked and paid into your accounts. I think this is particularly useful since the expected payment date is sometimes a couple of months after the actual purchase date. I usually use the reminder function but thought it would be easier to have everything in one place. Hopefully others will too.

    Has anyone received their 5 bucks from Shopback's Chemist Warehouse challenge? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/625604

    It doesn't show up on my cashback's total. It shows just completed on the challenge page but I don't think I can withdraw it.

      Hi sorasora - please check the table in the OP. I have an approval date of 24th Aug 2021 for Chemist Warehouse so you won't get the $5 bonus until then.

      I suspect it's because it's under "forums", not under "deals"…so if you click to a section of forums and then bring up the search bar..you will find it 😁 hopefully I explained it well..if not I can walk you through it

    How do we send an enquiry for a declined "Cashrewards Promotional Bonus" if we don't know the invoice/order ID for that transaction? I've got 4 declined of these bonuses that I can't seem to correspond to a particular online transaction as they are entries on their own without a paired store transaction. I presume tt may have been cos I have missed out (like forgotten to make a transaction) after activating the bonus. It's easier with the ShopBack app because each bonus that you activate indicates whether or not you've completed it or missed out.

      Hi. The date stamp for each bonus activation should help. You should have a transaction with a matching date, which you can also check against your click history. The declines will be because you either activated after you purchased, or you didn’t make a qualifying purchase. Best not to activate offers you have no intention of using.       It happens for an inactive account for over a year. You will find the same thing happens for things like Flybuys. And also Cashrewards.
      But a quick read through the commonly asked questions or T&C's you would have known it.
      I would be unhappy too and I'm not saying I agree with it but I did know about it..

    How long does it take for the spend requirement for Shopback challenges to update?

    Got an Adore Beauty one. The cashback tracked, but the challenge hasn't been updated.

    I remember earlier this year, or maybe last, the challenge would update pretty much immediately after the cashback has tracked.

    Happy Black Friday all. We've had some great offers from both Cashrewards and Shopback so far and I'm hoping there's more to come.

    I'm using the CR 5 off 15 deal on Chemist Warehouse and double dipping with their extra 10% off sitewide today
